二硝基氯苯(DNCB)免疫疗法治疗经验

Experience on dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) immunotherapy

目的:探讨二硝基氯苯(DNCB)免疫疗法治疗免疫有关的皮肤疾患的临床疗效。方法:对采用DNCB法治疗的斑秃、寻常疣、传染性软疣、扁平疣的临床疗效及伴发化脓性疾患病例的随访结果进行回顾性分析。结果:斑秃治愈率为33.3%,扁平疣为35%,寻常疣及跖疣分别达56%及66%,传染性软疣为41.8%。DNCB免疫疗法对某些免疫有关疾病如化脓性疾患获得意想不到的疗效。DNCB法毒副作用小。结论:DNCB免疫疗法治疗扁平疣、寻常疣、跖疣、传染性软疣疗效显著,对斑秃治疗有效,特别是对恶性难治性病例有一定疗效,但不作为常规治疗。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of DNCB immunotherapy in treatment of immunorelated skin diseases. Methods： We used DNCB-paper method （DNCB solution absorbed in a small piece paper instead of DNCB acetone solution directly dropped on to the skin） to treat 90 cases of alopecia areata, 22 cases of verruca vulgaris, 140 cases of molluscum contagiosum, 120 cases of verruca plana and 6 cases of immuno-related suppurative diseases for clinical analysis. Results： The cure rate of alopecia areata was 33.3%, verruca plana 35%, verruca vulgaris and verruca plantaris 56% and 66%, molluscum contagiosum 41.8% and the effect to other immuno-related suppurative diseases was sometimes very excellent. Conclusion： DNCB immuno-therapy was very effective for virus skin diseases as verruca plana, verruca vulgaris, verruca plantaris, molluscum contagiosum and also effective for alopecia areata especially some resistent cases but not for routine use.
