摘要
随着切削速度的提高,旋转刀具系统在离心力的作用下发生很大变化,直接影响工件的加工精度和表面粗糙度.通过应用非线性有限元模拟分析技术,分析了不平衡量对旋转刀具系统特性的影响.研究结果表明,采用配重措施对旋转刀具系统进行动平衡,可消除不平衡量的激励,明显降低刀具系统旋转时的振幅,提高零件的加工质量.
Along with the increase of cutting speed, the performance of tool system would vary greatly under the action of centrifugal force. The machining accuracy and surface roughness of the workpieces would be directly influenced. The effect of the centrifugal force on tool system characteristics was analyzed with a nonlinear FEM technique. The analysis result showed that adopting dynamic balancing such as mass allocation technique in practice and eliminating the excitation of unbalance would benefit the elimination of vibration produced by the unbalance of the tool system, reduce greatly the amplitude of swing, and improve the machining quality of parts.
