The separability of relative T1 and relative regularity （T3） were defined and a series of their properties were discussed. As for the separability of relative regularity and relative T3, it was proved that they were relative closed hereditary, weak homeomorphic invariant, L-good extendible. A counterexample was given to confirm that relative T3 sparability was not relative hereditary.
