摘要
制订区片综合地价,“按价征地”是今后我国征地补偿制度改革的方向。本文就广东省江城区农用地征地区片综合地价测算工作中的一些技术问题进行了研究和分析,提出了可行的解决方案。并对征地区片综合地价测算成果进行了分析。
Establishing land area comprehensive value and ＂requisiting land by value＂ is the direction of requisition compensation system in China. Taking Jiangcheng district as an example, this paper studies some technical problems in land value calculation, proposes the feasible solution project, analyzes the result of agriculture area comprehensive value, and discusses the achievement application.
