摘要 本文介绍了美国M&T化学公司最新研制成功的无氟硬铬电镀新工艺,电镀效率高达25%,不含氟化物,对基体无侵蚀,它具有高效、节能等特点而且有优异的镀层性能,耐磨性能提高了20%,滑动摩擦提高了25%,有十分均匀的硬度和光亮度,良好的分散能力而且能把劳动生产率提高一倍。将传统的镀铬槽改为新工艺是十分容易的,这就为新工艺的推广带来了方便。 The fluoride-free hard chrome plating, a new process recently developed by M&T Chemical Inc. U. S., is introduced. It is characterized by its higher efficiency and energy-saving, generally the current efficiency of this process can be up to 25%, and no low current density cathodic etching of ferrous and other base metal substrates will occur due to the fluoride free bath composition, The bath life will be extended because of the absence of iron-building fluoride. The properties of the deposit is superior, the abrasive resistance has improved by 20% and the sliding wear by 25%, with superior uniformity in hardness and brightness, and greater throwing power. The plating time is reduced by 50% with a corresponding increase in productivity. Beyond that, the ease of conversion from conventional bath, the faster turnaround and the overa 11 net saving in production make it readily accepted by the hard chrome platers.
