摘要
本文用测定等电位面或等电位线的方法测定了各种阴阳极排列下电镀铁槽内的电流分布。测定了施加磁场后,镀槽内磁场强度的分布情况及施加磁场对电流分布的影响。试验结果表明,施加磁场进行电镀,可减小尖角效应和毛刺的生长,使轴颈园角及其上下的电流分布趋于均匀,园角镀厚能力可提高三倍多并提出了适用于镀复轴类零件、平板件的阴阳极排列方式。
The current distribution in Fe-plating bath under different arrangement of anode and cathode was determined by means of measuring the equipotential surface or line in iron plating bath. The distribution of magnetic field strength in iron plating bath and the effects on current distribution after the magnetic field being impressed were also determined. Test showed that the impression of magnetic field would decrease the sharp edge effect as well as the growth of spew, and lead the current distribution on round angles of axle neck and both its upper and lower parts to uniformity. The heavy plating power over the round angles can be raised by more than three times. Based on the study and measurement, an optimum disposal of electrodes under an impres- sed magnetic field for electroplating axle parts and plate parts was provided for pra- ctical use.
