摘要 本文用氟离子选择电极测定氟离子的浓度,用氟硼酸根离子选择电极测定氟硼酸根的浓度,并用这两种方法研究了氟硼酸根的水解过程。研究表明,为强化BF_4^-根离子的水解过程,加入适当过量的消石灰,使pH=6-8,并加热到85℃左右,可使BF_4^-根离子完全迅速水解。这对处理氟硼酸盐镀铅锡合金的废水是有用的。另外也证实了用氟离子选择电极对BF_4^-根离子水解所产生的F-离子浓度进行分析是可行的。 The hydrolysis process of fluoborate is studied by using the fluoride ion selective electrode to determine the concentration of fluoride, and fluoborate ion selective elec- trode to determine the concentration of fluoborate. Studies show that in order to ac- celerate the hydrolysis of fluoborate, an excessive amount of limehydrate should be added to pH=6-8, and heated to about 85℃, the BF_4^- ions can be completely hydro- lized at high speed. This is very useful to the treatment of wastewater from Pb-Sn alloy plating in fluoborate bath. It is also confirmed that the concentration of fluoride ions produced from the hydrolysis of BF_4^- can be determined by fluoride ion selective electrode.
