在知识产权日益受到重视的同时,知识产权的滥用问题也随之产生,因此,我们必须对知识产权滥用行为进行规制,加强知识产权领域的反垄断,在我国创造一个公平的竞争环境,促进民族工业的快速健康发展。

With the importance of intelligent property being recognized increasingly, the problem of abusing intellectual property also produce. Therefore, we must carry on the rules system to restrict this abusing behavior, and strengthen anti-monopoly of the field of intellectual property to create a fair competition in China, so as to promote the fast and healthy development of our national industry.
