摘要
党的十六届三中全会提出的“以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展”的科学发展观,是以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央对社会发展规律的新认识,也是对单纯以经济发展速度为目标的传统发展观的超越与发展。以此指导教师的职业生涯发展,可使教师的职业生涯发展走向全面、协调、可持续发展的轨道,促进教师职业生涯更加和谐、有序、自律、自觉的发展。
The scientific development policy proposed by the Party is a new understanding of social development and the policy is also an overpass to the traditional development policy which target the economy development as only goal. Adopting this policy to guide teachers' carrer development, teachers can get a sustainable, whole scale and self-disciplined development.
