渗碳处理提高TiAl基合金高温抗氧化性 被引量:20

IMPROVEMENT OF OXIDATION RESISTANCE OF TiAl BASED ALLOY AT THE ELEVATED TEMPERATURE BY CARBURIZATION

摘要 研究了表面渗碳处理对Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb(原子分数)合金高温抗氧化性的影响结果表明,渗碳处理显著地提高TiAl基合金高温抗氧化能力。 The effect of carburizing treatment on the oxidation resistance of Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb (atompercent) alloy was investigated. The test results shown that the oxidation resistance of TiAl based alloy couldbe improved apparently by carburization, which was due to the formation of multi -layer structurecarburized case at TiAl based alloy sample surface. The carburized case of TiAl based alloy sample shownbest oxidation resistance and high thermostability at the elevated temperature. The formation mechanism ofcarburized case with special structure for TiAl based alloy is investigated in details.
