摘要
模拟网格环境以及开发网格服务应用程序,首先要配置Globus系统。Globus Toolkit 4．0(GT4)现已成为构建网格环境和开发网格服务的首选平台。讨论了网格服务的基本思想,分析了GT4的新特性及其在产业界的应用,探讨了在Linux上安装和配置GT4的方法和过程,并对该系统进行了测试。
It is firstly configured Globus system to simulate grid environment and develop grid services applications. Globus Toolkit 4. 0（GT4） has become the first platform to construct grid environment and to develop grid services. The basic principle of grid services is discussed, new characteristics and industrial applications of GT4 are analyzed, the method and program to install and configure GT4 is discussed under Linux operating system, and test the GT4 development environment finally.
