常规分割立体定向适形放疗直肠癌术后局部复发或转移的临床探讨

摘要 目的：评价三维适形放疗对术后局部复发或转移直肠癌患者局部控制率和生存率影响。方法：25例术后局部复发或转移的直肠癌患者采用常规分割三维适形立体定向放射治疗，2Cy／次，1次/日，5次／周。总剂量60～65Gy。结果：完全缓解率36％（9／25），部分缓解率40％（10／25），有效率为76％（19／25）。1、2、3年生存率分别为76％、50％、28％。结论：常规分割三维适形放疗可提高术后局部复发或转移直肠癌的控制率和生存率，改善其生存质量。
