摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏方法提取漆姑草挥发油,测得漆姑草挥发油的含量为0.08%;利用GC-MS联用技术从漆姑草挥发油中分离并鉴定出28种化学成分,占总挥发油的69.635%;用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。方法稳定可靠,为开发及综合利用漆姑草提供科学依据。
The water distillation - extractor was used tbr extracting the volatile oil of Sagina japonica. The average volatile oil yield obtained was0.08%;28 chemical components were identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method. The compounds account for 69.635% of the total volatile oil. Then the contents of the compounds of the volatile oil were determined using the square peak to normalization. This method stable and reliable, provides the scientific foundation for exploring and utilizing Sagina japonica comprehensive.
