摘要
运用文献资料法,分析体育教师产生职业倦怠的原因,并提出一些预防职业倦怠问题的对策,使广大体育教师的身心健康得到进一步的改善,这对提高体育教学质量具有重要的现实意义和时代价值。
Through literature reviewing, this article analyzes the causes of job burnout of P. E. tcachers and proposes some countermeasures to prevent the job burnout, so that both the mental and physical health of P. E. teachers will be further improved. This is helpful to improve the quality of P. E;. teaching.
