摘要
本文分析了未来中国教育形势,论述了我国中小学素质培养与师范生专业素质的关系,定义了师范生专业素质,综述了进行教育实习是提升师范生专业素质的有效方法,提出了通过教育实习,寻找师范院校教育教学中存在的薄弱环节,促进师范院校的教学改革。
In this article we analyze the the future＇ education situation in China; discuss the relation between the character development of primary and junior high schools and the professional character of students in nomal universty; define the professional character of students in normal university; overview that carrying on the education practice is a valid method of promoting students＇ professional character;look for the weakness in the education practice;promote the reform in education of the normal university.
