摘要
解剖观测了六个年龄组180具(男102、女78)小儿尸的食管的形态和度量.测量了自中(上)切牙和鼻前孔分别至食管的起始部、与主动脉弓邻接处、与左主支气管邻接处、穿膈肌食管裂孔处、与贲门连接处的距离和上述五处的内径及其与椎骨的对应关系.小儿食管行程弯曲,其长度随身高相应增长,其中以Ⅰ~Ⅲ组增长较快.
One hundred and eighty pediatric cadavers (102 males, 78 females) divided into six groups were used to observe the shape and measurement of oesophagus. We measured the distance and internal diameter between central incisor or anterior nasal aperture to the origin, the adjacent site with the aortic arch, the adjacent site with left bronchus,the site penetrate oesophageal hiatus in diaphragm and the connection with the cardiac orifice of the oesophagus. Also we measured the posterior relationships between these regions and vertebra respectively. The course of the pediatric oesophagus is in curve. Its length increases with height together especially in gropus of I~ III.
