摘要
应用生物素化花生凝集素(PNA)对胎肺及45例肺癌进行组织化学研究.结果显示:胎肺内支气管上皮顶部胞膜及胞质呈PNA阳性.肺鳞癌及肺腺癌PNA受体增多,且分布失去极性.本文提示PNA受体改变可作为内胚层肿瘤的标志之一,尤其对腺癌有相对特异性.PNA受体在胚胎及肺癌均表达可能提示PNA是一种癌胚抗原.
Fetal lung and 45 cases of pulmonary carcinoma were studied with biotinylated peanut agglu-tinin (PNA). The apical surface of small bronchi epithelial cells of fetal lung showed PNA positive. The positive rate of PNA in squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were 59.9% and 100%. The content of PNA receptor was increased and the distribution was not differentiated in pulmonary carcinoma. The alteration of PNA receptor was related to the differentiation of pulmonary carcinoma. The results suggested the alteration of PNA receptor mightserve as a marker of endodermic carcinomas and had relative specificity for adenocarcinomas. The expression of PNA in fetal lung and pulmonary carcinoma indicated the PNA receptor might be one kind of car-cinoembryonic antigen.
