在前人研究的基础上,将联盟绩效的二元关系研究和联盟能力研究结合起来,提出解释联盟绩效影响因素的RAA分析框架,对关系资本、联盟能力和联盟绩效的关系进行了阐述,并将该分析框架应用于中日合资企业的案例分析中,以期给中国企业提高联盟绩效一些启示.

Based on prior researches, it combines the binary relation research on alliance performance and the research on alliance capability, and tries to put forward the RAA analysis framework for alliance performance analysis. After description of relationship between relational capital, alliance capability and alliance performance, it applies the framework to a Sino-Japanese joint venture and gives apocalypse to Chinese enterprises.
