摘要
在结合有关文献与现场访谈的基础上,设计了调查问卷,针对我国创业投资公司目前对风险管理的认知问题进行调查和统计分析,了解认知现状,为推行创业投资风险管理提供实证支持.
On the basis of related literatures and interviews, it proposes the questionnaire to survey and statisticly analyze the perceive problem of risk management in our venture capital firms, so as to realize the perceive actuality and thus provide empirical support to push risk management in venture capital.
