摘要
老工业基地振兴和区域创新体系建设的过程中,经济、科技协调发展问题不可忽视.在建立经济-科技协调发展指标体系的基础上,运用主成分分析法初步评价了辽宁省经济、科技系统在1995—2002年期间的综合发展状况;通过回归拟合和协调度的计算,对辽宁省经济-科技系统发展的协调状况进行了定量分析.基于实证研究结果,就辽宁省经济-科技系统的未来协调发展提出了相关对策建议.
In the process of revitalization of old industrial base and construction of regional innovation system, the problem of the hamonious development of economy and S＆T cannot be ignored. Based on the estab-lishment of indices system for the hamonious development of economy and S＆T, it uses principal component analysis to evaluate the synthesis development of economic system and S＆T system of Liaoning in the period of 1995--2002. Then, it makes a quantitative analysis on the hamonious development of economy and S＆T of Liaoing Province by regressive analysis and hamonious degree calculation. It puts out some suggestions on the future hamonious development of economy and S＆T in Liaoning Province.
