摘要
研究结果发现,Hg2+(10-8~10-5mol/L)使得处理24小时的Sertoli细胞乳酸含量显著升高,并具有明显的剂量反应关系;Hg2+(10-6~10-5mol/L)使得丙酮酸含量也明显升高。Hg2+(10-6mol/L)使得处理6~24小时的Sertoli细胞乳酸含量均显著高于对照组水平,具有明显的时间反应关系;但丙酮酸含量仅在24小时才显著升高。Hg2+(10-8~10-5mol/L)使得处理24小时的Sertoli细胞内cAMP含量显著下降,具有明显的剂量反应关系。而醋酸锌(Zn2+)对培养的Sertoli细胞的上述观察指标均无影响。
nthisstudy,theefectofMercuryAcetate(Hg2+)ontheconcentrationsofprimaryculturedSertolicel′slactate,pyruvateandintracelularcAMPwereexamined.TheresultsdemonstratedthatHg2+(10-8~10-5mol/L)resultedinadose-relatedin-creaseconcentrationoflactateovera24hrtreatmentperiod.Hg2+(10-6~10-5mol/L)alsocausedadose-relatedincreaseconcentrationofpyruvateovera24hrtreatmentperiod.Hg2+(10-6mol/L)resultedinatime-relatedincreaseconcentrationoflactateover6,12,18,and24hrtreatmentperiods,andonlyaincreaseconcentrationofpyruvateover24hrtreatmentperiods.Hg2+(10-8~10-5mol/L)resultedinadose-relateddecreaseintracelularcAMPconcentrationovera24hrtreatmentperiod.OurresearchshowedthatZincAcetate(Zn2+),whichisknowntobeessentialforthemaintenanceofgerminalepitheliuminthetestes,didnotcauseanyvarietiesoftheindicesshowedabove.Sowecanusetheseindicesasbiochemi-calmarkerstoevaluatethetoxicefectsofHg2+onSertolicelofthetestes.
