电子工业中相当数量的零件不宜用吊镀,同时钯镍合金白色的外观不易为用惯黄金镀层的用户接受,因此本文提出了滚镀钯镍合金后再闪镀一层软金的新工艺。采用本工艺后所得制品的外观与光亮镀金色泽一致,硬度可达Hv400,成本只占硬金成本的1/3左右。镀液稳定,无毒,三废处理简单,操作维护方便,经济效益显著。
A great number of parts used in electronics are not suitable to be plated on the rack, and meanwhile, the white appearance of Pd-Ni alloys is not readily accepted by those who are used to Au plate. Therefore, a new process is presented, in which a Pd-Ni alloy is first plated out and then a soft gold is flashed on it. With this new process, the gold ap- pearance of plated workpieces is as good as that of bright Au plating, with a hardness up to Hv 400, but its cost only accounts for about one third of that of hard gold. The process has such advantages as stable bath, no toxicity, simple treatment of wastes, easy operation and maintenance and notable economic benefits.
