摘要
采用大白鼠气管注入法及家兔体外肺巨噬细胞培养方法对金属镉与石英联合毒性作用进行了研究。体内外实验表明加尘后早期镉对石英细胞毒性可能有一定的延缓作用，实验组与对照组于加尘后期毒性作用相同；镉在矽肺形成的早期似有一定的延缓作用，染尘后３～９月时两组致肺纤维化作用基本相同。
The combined toxicity action of cadium and quatz on animals was studied by using iniratracheal instillation of rat in vivo and culture of rabbit lung macrophage in vitro.Experimental reslut in vitro showed that in early stage,cadium maybe can postpone the cytotoxicity of quartz after dust was added.but the two groups had the same toxicity latter.Experiment in vivo showed that cadium put off the formation of silicosis in early stage and two groups had the same effect in pulmonary fibrosis after exposed to dust3～9 months.
