摘要 本文作者收集了大量资料,用来详细论述Ni-P非晶镀层的物理性能、化学性能及其应用范围。着重研究了它的耐蚀性能、硬度、耐磨性和微动摩损及微动疲劳性能。指出了影响Ni-P非晶镀层耐蚀性的五种因素,即环境温度,镀层成份、镀液成份、热处理和镀层厚度。对于硬度,既研究了镀层中的磷含量、热处理的温度和时间对硬度的影响。又介绍了电镀Ni-P非晶镀层时对硬度有影响的6个因素,即镀液中磷酸(H_3PO_4)及亚磷酸H_3PO_3的含量,碳酸镍的含量、电流密度、电镀温度、镀层中的磷含量及热处理的温度。最后介绍了英国诺丁汉大学对于微动磨损性能和微动疲劳性能方面的研究成果和Ni-P非晶镀层的应用领域,可供设计人员和电镀工作者参考。 A great number of references have been collected for the purpose of elabora- ting the physical and chemical properties and the application fields of Ni-P noncrystal coa- tings. Emphasis is laid on the study of its corrosion resistance, hardness, wearing resist- ance, micromotion abrasion and micro motion fatigue properties. Five factors affecting the cor- rosion resistance of Ni-P noncrystal coatings are pointed out, that is, ambient temperature, coating composition, bath constituents, heat treatment and coating thickness. As for hardness, not only the influence of phosphorous content, temperature and duration of heat treatment are described, but six factors which will affect the hardness during Ni-P noncry- stal electroplating are also given, including the contents of phosphoric acid (H_3PO_4) and phosphorous acid(H_3PO_3), nickel carbonate content, current density, temperature, phosphorous content of the coating and the temperature of heat treatment. Finally both the achievements on micro motion abrasion and micro motion fatigue studied in Nottingham University of England, and the application fields of Ni-P noncrystal coating are introduced. It may serve as a reference for designers and elctroplaters.
