面对新形势下高等教育的发展和学校重点学科建设的需要,高校图书馆必须与时俱进,全面实施学科馆员制度,构建新型服务机制,为重点学科建设服务。文章从建立以大学学科为对象的学科馆员专业对口服务模式、确立学科馆员为重点学科建设创新服务的内容、培养和组建一支高素质的学科馆员队伍等三个方面进行了探讨。

Faced with the development of high education and the need for the construction of major subjects in the new situation, university libraries should keep the pace with the times; implement the librarians, build a brand-new serving system, and serve the construction of major subjects. This problems from the following three aspects： the establishment of the service mode geared program of discipline article probes into the to the subjects of the university, the defining the contents of innovative service of the librarians for the major subjects, and the cultivation and organization of a team of high-quality discipline librarians.
