摘要
“科教兴国”发展战略的提出与实践,极大地推动了我国高等教育发展速度的进一步加快和高等教育规模的大幅度增长,从而促使高等教育由精英化教育走向大众化教育。然而,在高校“扩招”不断升温之时,教育规模与教育效益、质与量的矛盾也逐渐显露,并引起了政府各级领导和教育主管部门的高度重视。教育质量应当是一个系统的概念,除了重视课堂教学工作以外,深入学生课堂以外的生活,建立并完善本科生导师制度,也是当前提升高校教育质量的一种新的路径选择。
The strategy of vitalizing China by science and education accelerates higher education development of China and promotes education reform from elite education to masses education. However, while higher learning institutions " enlarge enrollment", there are contradictions between education scale and education profit and between quality and quantity, which is focused by each government and education departments. Education quality is a systematic concept, besides paying attention to classroom teaching, the life out of class should be actire, establishment and completion of undergraduate advisor system are a new method to promote education quality of higher learning institutions.
