Abstract： In new period, Party member＇s spirit cultivating is being constricted and affected by many factors of society. To strengthen Party member＇ s spirit cultivating and to keep the advance of Party member is an important and long- time mission of CPC＇s building. Discusses the principles, basic approaches and ways to strengthen Party mem ber＇s self- cultivating from five aspects of ideal and faith, theory arming, CPC＇s tenet, the view on justice and benefit, organization and discipline.
