Discussion on human rights protection of constitutional government

针对宪政国家的理想目标,阐述了宪政和人权的基本含义,分析了宪政与人权的关系,在此基础上,以我国宪法为例,同时通过对各国不同国情的分析,论述了宪政对人权的保障,是通过对人权的政治、社会、经济、思想文化以及少数人和弱势群体的保护来实现的。

Aiming at the perfect objective of constitutional government state, states the basic meanings ot constitutional government and human rights, analyzes the relationship between constitutional government and human rights,on the basis of these, taking our country＇s constitutional law as example, by analyzing different situation of each country, discusses that constitutional government protects human rights by protecting polities, economy, society, thoughts, culture of human rights, as well as minority and vulnerable groups.
