桡骨远端不稳定骨折手术治疗疗效

Curative effect of unstable fracture of distal radius

目的探讨应用切开复位内固定及外固定之间治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折手术效果。方法于2000年3月～2004年9月共对64例桡骨远端不稳定骨折分别行切开复位内固定或外固定治疗进行回顾性分析。结果本组64例均获得随访,随访时间3～8个月,平均5.6个月,其中切开复位内固定组40例,优良率达92.5%,并发症的发生率为10%;外固定组24例,优良率达87.4%,并发症发生率为12.5%。结论切开复位内固定及外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折均能获得较好的效果,相对而言切开复位内固定术效果更好,并发症更少。

Objective To approach the operative effect of unstable fracture of distal radius treated by open reduction and internal fixation and external fixation. Methods From 2000 March to 2004 September,64 cases with unstable fractures of distal radius treated by open reduction and internal fixation or external fixation were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the group of open reduction and internal fixation, the excellent and good rate was 92.5%, and the complication rate was 10%.In the group of external fixation, the excellent and good rate was 87.4%, and the complication rate was 12.5%.Conclusion Good results are obtained by open reduction and internal fixation or external fixation. Open reduction and internal fixation has better than that external fixaction in the efficacy and complications.
