论农产品加工业的发展思路——广东省梅州市与东莞市的比较与启示

An Analysis of the Developing Train of Agricultural Products Processing

农产品加工业的发展有着重要意义,但不同地区因其经济发展水平不同,农产品加工业发展的功能定位亦不完全相同,故发展思路也是不一样的。广东省东莞市和梅州市的比较分析表明,经济发达地区应重点发展“外源型”的农产品加工业,而经济较为落后的地区则应重点发展“内源型”的农产品加工业。

The developing of agricultural products processing is very important, but the economy developing levels of different area are different, the functions and the developing trains of agricultural products processing are different too. The compare study of Meizhou city and Dongguan city in Guangdong province shows that ＂internal source agricultural products processing ＂should be developed in developed area , and ＂external source agricultural products processing＂ should be developed in developing area.
