我国城乡居民食品消费差距分析

An Analysis on Food Consumption Differences between Urban and Rural Residents in China

受收入差距等因素的影响,城乡居民在生活消费方面表现出明显的差距。文章以实物消费量为依据,对当前城乡居民食品消费差距加以分析,认为由于消费重点不同,城乡居民从生存性的粮食消费到低层次的副食消费再到高层次的副食消费,呈现出“中间缩小,两头拉大”的差距特征,城镇居民基本进入食品消费的第三阶段,农村居民仍处在食品消费的第一阶段。

There exist clear consumption differences between urban and rural residents as a result of income difference. This paper analyzes the present food consumption differences based on material consumption quantity and the author thinks there is a difference feature of shortening in the middle and widening at the both heads from grain consumption to lower and higher non-staple consumption due to different consumption emphasis. Suffering from the feature, urban residents are close to the third stage of food consumption, rural residents are still at the first stage.
