Aim\ To
investigate the serum insulin and platelet activity in Ⅱ phase
hypertension.\ Methods\ The serum insulin and platelet α granule
membrane protein(GMP 140), TXB 2, 6 keto PGF 1α and granular
volume density were studied in twenty one Ⅱ phase hypertensive
patients.\ External form of platelets were study by scanning electron
microscopy.\ Results\ The platelet activity(aggregation and release
reaction) were accelerated in patients with hyperinsulinemia, these
activity were enhanced.\ The 6 keto PGF 1α is increased in Ⅱ
phase hypertensive patients, but the TXB 2/PGF 1α ratio was
not changed.\ Conclusion\ The function of endothelial cell system
were normal in Ⅱ phase hypertension,but the platelet activity was
accelerated.
