阳明腑实致昏谵说的探讨

Discussion on Theory of Coma & Delirium Caused by Yangming Fushi Syndrome

在探讨传统医家对阳明腑实导致神昏谵语的含义和机理的认识基础上，指出腑实致昏谵说对温病学认识昏谵的病因、病机及治法均有指导和启迪意义。同时阐述腑实致昏谵说之不足，提出了“腑实难致昏谵”的看法，认为辨治昏谵不应囿于腑实致病说，应着重于热入心包的研究。

Based on the traditional understanding about the meaning and mechanism of coma and delirium caused by Yangming Fushi Syndrome(the accumulation of excessive heat in gastrointestine),The author thinks that the theory has the guiding significance for the understanding of the cause and pathogenesis of coma and delirium in the field of Wenbingxue(theory of epidemic febrile diseases).Meanwhile,it is pointed out that the excessive heat in Fu organ is hardly to cause the coma and delirium.Therefore,instead of excessive heat in gastrointestine,the stress of the differentiation and treatment for coma and delirium should be put on the heat attacking pelicardium.
