学报不同于一般期刊,高校学报更有其特点.高校学报是高校主办的综合性学术期刊.学术性是学报的本质特征.高校学报要突出学术性,发挥学报的“阵地”、“工具”、“窗口”作用.
A jo9urnal is different from a common periodical. The journals of colleges and universities have theirs own characteristcs. It is a comprehensive academic periodical edited by colleges and universities. The academic is the essential character of a journal. The journal of a college must stress its academic and its function as ＂front＂, ＂tool＂ and ＂window＂ of the journal.
