摘要
通常环境水样或电镀液中微量阴离子表面活性剂的测定都采用萃取光度法,这些方法都需要用有机溶剂萃取,比较繁琐而且毒性较大。本文提出了用维多利亚蓝B作显色剂,在磷酸介质中以聚乙烯醇作增溶剂,测定微量阴离子表面活性剂的方法。对十二烷基硫酸钠来说,络合物最大吸收峰为555nm,符合比尔定律的范围是1-60μg/25mL,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.57×10~4l/mol·cm。用此法可直接在水相中测定河水及电镀液中微量阴离子表面活性剂,结果满意。
The trace anion surfactant in environment water sample and plating bath used to be determined by extractive and spectrometric method, which 15 complicated and toxic due to its need of organic solvent for extraction. A new method for determining trace anion surfactant is recommanded, in which Victoria Blue B is used as developer and polyvinyl alcohol as solubilizer in phosphoric acid medium. As for lauryl sodium sulfate. the complex absorption peak is 555nm, the range complying with Beer'S Law 1-60ug/25mL. Mole ap- pearant absorption coefficient 1.57×10_4l/mol.cm. This method has been used to determine the trace anion surfactant in plating bath and river water directly in water phase and proved to be satisfactory
