企业核心员工作为一种维系企业发展命运的可流动要素,其竞争日趋激烈。企业为获取竞争优势,必须采取动态的人力资源规划以匹配战略,制定并执行有效的激励和约束机制,通过建设企业文化等系统来加强对核心员工的管理,使企业在竞争中立于不败之地。
The key staff of enterprises can flow as a kind of one that maintain enterprise' s development destiny and its competition is becoming fiercer. Enterprises, in order to obtain the competition advantages, must adopt the plan of the dynamic human resources to match the strategies, make and carry out effective encouragement and restraint mechanism, strengthen the management of key staff by building enterprise culture systematically to make the enterprises establish an undefeated position in the competition.
