At the same time, human society will transform from industrialization model into ecologization developing model. Eco--city is a modem civilization model that combines material and spiritual civilization. To build Shenyang an eco--city, we must pay close attention to the following five aspects. 1. Human--Centric. 2. Countryside is the key factor to build an eco--city. 3. Building up eco--safety and eco--protection system. 4.Carrying out regional environment control 5. Building eco--culture.
