随着信息技术的日益广泛应用,信息系统的作用也提高到企业的战略层次。一个能够有效实施战略管理的战略MIS对企业战略竞争优势的获取是十分重要的。从战略管理的3个层次出发,分析了战略MIS对企业战略管理的影响,并在此基础上提出从3个战略管理层次入手进行战略MIS开发的方法,这些方法有助于保证战略MIS的开发成功。
In the movement of information technology, MIS becomes an important component in the strategy of enterprise management. MIS can offer support to three strategic levels of enterprise＇ s business management strategy. It analyzes the effect of the strategic MIS to the strategic management of enterprise, presents the method of MIS development based on three strategic levels. This can confirm the development demand of strategic MIS.
