摘要
敏捷维修的目标就是要创造适合于精细化维修的环境,以满足具有高可用度要求的先进制造系统的维护。利用人因工程学理论分析了影响维修过程的各种重要因素,介绍将人因工程学理论应用于敏捷维修的方式,并通过实例提出了具体的应用方案。结果表明,人因工程学的引入对敏捷维修的提效是十分明显的。
In order to maintain the advanced manufacturing system that requires high usability, agile maintenance aims to create suitable environment for precise maintenance. It analyzes the important factors affecting the maintenance process with human factors engineering view, introduces the way to apply the human factors engineering in agile maintenance. As an example, it proposes the application method, the results show that application of human factors engineering can improve the efficiency of agile maintenance.
