摘要
通过对某厂热力管网典型蝶阀的变形及应力的实验检测及力学理论分析,探讨了蝶阀在管网中的受载状况,对该管网上大量蝶阀故障原因进行了研究分析,提出了具体的改进建议。
Experiments were carried out on several typical large dish valves of a thermal pipe network, which helps to find out the reason of their failures that was threatening the safety in operating of the network. Strain rosette technique has been used in the experiments to measure the deformation of the valve body. History running records and mechanical theory also has been used to find out the stress stares, thus the cause of the deformation. The conclusion is that,abnormal large deformation has a close relationship with the failure of the valves. Impropermodifications of the network, stiffness of the structure, strength of the material used in the valve result in the excessive fore on the valve, thus the large deformation appeared.
