为了贯彻落实今年1月17日广播电视村村通工作现场会精神,学习江西无线覆盖试点经验,动员部署加强农村广播电视无线覆盖工作;布置今年农村无线覆盖工程的设备更新改造任务,国家广电总局于2006年9月8日在江西召开了全国农村中央广播电视节目无线覆盖工作现场会。这次现场会是新时期、新阶段全面加强我国广播电视无线覆盖的新起点,在我国无线广播发展史上具有重要意义,本文是张海涛副避长在此次会议上讲话的全文,望大家认真学习,并加紧贯彻,落实。

The State Radio, Film and Television Administration (SARFT) held a National On-The-Spot Meeting on Work of Rural Wireless Coverage with Central Radio and TV Programs in Jiangxi on September 8th, 2006, to implement the guidelines of the On-The-Spot Meeting on the Broadcasting Access to Every Village held on January 17th. this year, to learn experience in the pilot project of rural wireless coverage in Jiangxi. mobilize, plan on and strengthen rural wireless broadcasting coverage and assign tasks for updating and transforming equipment for projects of rural wireless coverage in this year. This on-the-spot meeting in Jiangxi is a new starling point for overall strengthening of wireless broadcasting coverage in the new stage during the new period in China and has a momentous significance in the history of development of the Chinese wireless broadcasting.
