连续输出Nd:YAG激光治疗口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤60例经验

Continuous Wave Nd∶YAG Laser for the Treatment of Malignant Tumors in Oral and Maxillofacial Regions: Report of 60 Cases

１９８５～１９８６年对６０例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤病人进行了临床和组织学观察。ＮｄＹＡＧ激光的输出功率３０～４０Ｗ，光斑直径０．２～０．３ｃｍ，辐照时间５～１０秒，距离０．５～１．０ｃｍ，能量密度２１２３～１２７３２Ｊ／ｃｍ２。结果：治愈率８６．０％。临床观察９年３例、８年８例、６年５例、５年２例、４年４例和３年以下２７例没有复发；失败８例。结论：ＮｄＹＡＧ激光适宜治疗年老体弱病人和高分化、外突型早期鳞状上皮癌病人。

cases of malignant tumors in the oral and maxillofacial regions were treated in the period of 1985 to 1996 were evaluated clinically and histologically. The output power of the Nd∶YAG laser was 30-40 W, light spot was 0 2-0 3 cm in diameter, the irradiation time was 5-10 s at a distance of 0 5-1 0 cm, and the energy density was 2 123-12 732 J/cm 2. The curative effect was 86 0%. Three cases were followed up for 9 a, 8-8 a, 5-6 a, 2-5 a, 4-4 a, and 27 cases were followed up for less than 3 a, recurrence has not been seen. Eight cases did not respond to laser therapy. Nd∶YAG laser is indicated in older and weak patients and in those the tumor is epithelial in nature, highly differentiated, exophytic type, and in early stage.
