摘要
企业进行电子商务交易的各种信息有结构化的信息,也有非结构化的信息,企业要从中获取客户的规律性、特征性信息并以此为依据采取不同的策略,消费者也要在不同的企业数据中进行分析以制定最佳的消费策略。这都需要通过对网上的数据进行挖掘和分析来获得。主要介绍网络数据挖掘的基本概念、分类、挖掘的过程及其在电子商务中的应用。
Among various information that enterprises deal with in e - commerce, there are structured and non- structured information. Enterprises need acquire regular and characteristic information, adopt different strategies according to it. Customers also analyze the data from different enterprises to establish the best consuming strategy. This requires excavating and analyzing online data. This article mainly refers to the basic concept, classification and process of web data mining, as well as its application in e - commerce.
