摘要
现代技术的应用使图书馆流通工作正逐步走向自动化、网络化,作为一名流通馆员应具备什么样的素质,从职业道德素质、专业素质、文化素质、心理素质四个方进行了论述。
With the application of modem technology, cirettlation work in library is moving towards automation and network. This article points out that circulation librarians should have the following four qualities： career moral quality, professional quality, ettltural quality and psychology quality.
