摘要
基于镍(Ⅱ)在氨性介质中能催化高碘酸钾与靛蓝胭脂红之间的褪色反应这一事实,建立了测定痕量镍(Ⅱ)的新方法。方法的最低检测限为C1=5.4×10^-7g/L Ni(Ⅱ),检测范围为0~45ug/L Ni(Ⅱ)。用于饮用水中镍的测定,效果良好。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nickel is developed. The method is based on the catalytic effect of Ni^2+ on the oxidation indigo carmine by potassium metaperiodate. The linear range for the determination of Ni^2+ is C(Ni(Ⅱ)) =0 -45ugoL^-1 and the detection limit is L(Ni(Ⅱ)) =5.38 ×10^-7L^-1. The method can be applied to determine the nickel in drinking water with satisfactory results.
