摘要
交流TIG焊接电源可用来焊接铝、镁等表面有致密氧化膜的金属。该电源电弧容易引起周期性的熄灭和引燃,因此如何保证电弧稳定燃烧成为关键。其电弧稳定与否,主要取决于电流过零瞬间的电弧空间电离度、电极发射电子能力及再引燃电压的上升速度。文中比较研究了几种交流TIG焊电弧稳定性机理,并提出了提高电弧稳定性的有效措施。
The power supply of AC TIG welding can be used to weld aluminium and magnesium which surface has a firm oxide layer. However the welding arc may be extincted and ignited periodically. So the arc stability becomes the key. The stability of the welding arc depends mainly on the voltage and the gas ionization when current zero-crossing as well as the electron emission ability of the electrode. The welding arcs in several AC TIG welding are compared and researched. The effective measures to improve the stability of the arc are put forward.
