颈椎间盘部分切除对小关节轴向压应力影响的实验研究

Effect ot Partial Discectomy on Axial Stress of the Cervical Facet Joints

本研究通过颈前路椎间盘部分切除，观察小关节在轴向载荷时压应力的变化。结果表明经前路椎间盘部分切除术前后小关节压应力有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），由此可见，颈椎前路手术也可能破坏颈椎的稳定性，增加颈椎小关节的负荷，从而可能诱发骨质增生，造成颈椎病症状。

The pressure study was undertaken to evaluate axial stress of the facet joints after anterior cervical discectomy. The results showed that compressive stress in the facet joints in-creased statistically after partial discectomy (P<0.05).We believed the anterior cervical discecto-my may also affect the cervical stability,increase the load of the facet joints,induce hyperostosis and show sign of the cervical spondylosis.
