摘要
通常电镀挂具所用的绝缘涂料,在塑料电镀过程中经过粗化、敏化、活化、化学镀后,表面上容易镀上金属,失去了绝缘的作用。由于缺乏惰性绝缘涂料,因此塑料电镀只好按二段式生产,即在化学镀后,再上挂具进行电镀。这样另件表面容易擦毛,增加次品,而且不能发展一步法生产,限制了连续化生产的发展。本文所介绍的绝缘涂料,经反复进行粗化、活化、敏化、化学镀工序后,涂层表面无金属析出。耐用性试验的结果表明,使用寿命已超过100次,从而解决了上述的问题。
Conventional insulating coatings used on racks will have their surface plated with metal after being roughened. sensitized. activated and electroless plated, thus losing its insulating propety. Owing to lack of inert insulating materials, plastics plating has to be carried out in two phases——electroless plating and rack plating, during which it is more possible for parts to be scratched and become rejects and, furthermore, which makes it impossible to do plating in one step and inhibit the development of continuous production. The insulating coating intr- oduced here has its surface no metal deposited after being roughened, activated, sensitized and electroless plated repeatedly. The results of durability test show its service life has been over 100 cycles, so the problems mentioned above have been overcome.
