摘要
研究了7种芦荟的SOD、CAT和POD,分析并比较不同芦荟复合酶的活性与比活力,结果表明:7种芦荟SOD活力差异不大;皂质芦荟CAT特别高;不夜城与巨无霸芦荟POD活性突出,库拉索芦荟测不出POD活性。CAT与POD之间未发现互补性。
The following dissertation investigates seven aloes concerning their SOD, CAT and POD. It analyzes and compares the activity and specific activity of compound enzymes in diverse aloes. So we can get some conclusions: there are not great diversities among the activities of SOD of the seven aloes; Zaozhi Aloe has an activity in CAT; Buyecheng and Juwuba Aloe both have a high activity in POD; And Kulasuo Aloe has no POD activity. Meanwhile, there's no complementarity between CAT and POD.
