摘要 以醋酸和烧碱为原料、在水为溶剂的条件下制备双乙酸钠,系统地研究了原料配比、温度、时间等因素对产品质量及收率的影响,得到了最优化工艺条件。正交试验确定的优化合成条件是:n(醋酸)∶n(烧碱)=2.4∶1,反应温度100℃,反应时间120min。产物收率为94.15%,产品质量达到美国食品级标准。 Sodium diacetate was synthesized from acetate and sodium hydroxide (Take the water as solvent). The effects of the component ratio, reaction temperature and time on the product yield and quality have been discussed and the optimum technological conditions have been obtained. The optimum conditions by orthogonal design were determined as follows: the ratio of acetic acid to sodium hydroxide is 2.4:1 (molar), reaction temperature is 100℃, reaction time is 120min. The product quality was up to FAO standard and the yield was 94.15%.
